Máy Khuấy Trộn Online Silverson

- Máy khuấy được lắp trực tiếp vào đường dẫn trong dây truyền sản xuất.
- Ứng dụng: trộn, nhũ hóa, đồng nhất hóa, hòa tan, huyền phù, phân tán và nghiền nhỏ chất rắn.
- Tăng tốc độ phản ứng, giảm kích thước hạt, giảm thời gian khuấy.
- Lưu lượng tự bơm lên đến 200.000 lít/giờ.

Thông số kỹ thuật:
- Capacity
- Self-pumping throughputs of up to 200,000 litres/hr.
- No Bypassing
- Product cannot bypass the precision rotor/stator workhead.
- Interchangeable Workheads
- Single stage rotor/stator configurations as standard. For those applications that require greater shear, interchangeable multistage configurations can be used.
- Materials of Construction
- Product contact parts in 316L stainless steel. Special materials available on request.
- Motor Specifications
- TEFV and ATEX approved Flameproof motors are available as standard. Inverter rated, stainless steel and other motors are available as optional extras.
- Inlet and Outlet Connections
- All sanitary or flange fittings available upon request (i.e., Tri-Clamp, ASA, DIN, etc). All Silverson In-Line Mixers are designed for cleaning-in-place (CIP and SIP).
